KUCERA has advised the project developer OFB on the sale of two residential buildings in the three-part project Hello in the Europaviertel Darmstadt. The buyer is Bayerische Apothekerversorgung (BApV). The total area of 13,107.00 m² is divided into 173 apartments and a restaurant (243 m²).
