Milena Stefanovic advises national and international clients from the financial sector on real estate transactions (asset and share deal) as well as on the acquisition or the disposal of real property financings. Many of her clients are open- and closed-ended real estate funds, insurance companies, banks and other institutional investors. Milena Stefanovic focusses on corporate law aspects in context of the structuring of real estate transactions; she also provides legal advice on commercial leases in the area of asset and property management.
