Neslihan Ince advises on real estate tax law, in particular in the areas of VAT, real estate transfer tax and property tax.
The focus of her work is on drafting tax law contracts and advising on and carrying out tax due diligence processes in the context of real estate transactions.
She also supports her clients in the area of asset management, in all issues relating to property tax reform and in all appeal proceedings.
