Fabienne Uhlar’s practice focuses on the judicial enforcement and defense of claims in private construction and architectural law. She represents clients in complex construction law disputes, particularly in cases involving defects, compensation, and liability.
She also advises on the drafting and negotiation of construction and architectural contracts, as well as on claim and anti-claim management. She possesses particular expertise in providing legal support for challenging projects in the hospitality sector.
Another focus of her practice is commercial lease and tenancy law at the intersection with construction and architectural law.
