Fabienne Uhlar advises in the area of real estate transactions. In addition to conducting due diligence processes, her work also covers legal advice on property purchase agreements as well as advisory in the area of (commercial) tenancy law. A further focus of her work is on private building and architect law where her field of activity ranges from drafting architect and engineer contracts to representing clients in litigation matters.
