Florian Fischer advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law, particularly in due diligence processes and real estate transactions. In addition, Mr. Fischer advises clients on all matters related to asset and property management, commercial lease and leasehold law, residential leases, and neighbor law, and represents clients in litigation. His client base includes open-ended and closed-end real estate funds, insurance companies, banks, and other institutional investors.
