Matthias Fridriszik advises and represents companies, funds, banks, hotels and investors from Germany and abroad, for whom he acts both in contentious matters and in out-of-court negotiations. His practice focuses on commercial tenancy law and real estate asset management, where he is particularly involved in claims management. Matthias Fridriszik also acts as a creditors’ representative in insolvency proceedings.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Matthias Fridriszik supports the ongoing digitalization and automation of legal workflows as a legal engineer at KUCERA. His work focuses in particular on the development and implementation of legal tech solutions for document automation, contract and claims management and compliance.
