Hotel deal in Leipzig: KUCERA advises Midstad on the conclusion of a hotel operating agreement with DSR Hotel Holding
Midstad is developing a boutique hotel in a central downtown location with around 120 rooms, restaurant areas, spa and fitness areas, and a green inner courtyard roof terrace. DSR Hotel Holding GmbH will operate the hotel under its HENRI Hotels brand. The opening is scheduled for early 2028.
