KUCERA advised the seller of a commercial building in Hürth Park near Cologne. The property is located within the established shopping center and was built on a plot of approximately 2,600 square meters. The retail space on the ground floor is leased to C&A on a long-term basis. With more than 150 stores, Hürth Park is one of the major shopping centers in the Cologne area.
