KUCERA advised Groß & Partner on the conclusion of a lease agreement with Nuveen. The global investment manager is moving into 2,100 m² on the 14th and 15th floor of the office tower “T4” in the new Quartier Four in downtown Frankfurt. The space is expected to be occupied by the end of 2023.
