Hotel deal in Hamburg: KUCERA advises Scandic Hotels on long-term lease agreement for new building project at Berliner Tor 🏨
Scandic Hotels continues its expansion course in Germany and secures a long-term lease agreement for a new building project in a prime location at Berliner Tor in Hamburg.
We are pleased to have provided legal advice to our long-standing client on this important step. Our team led by Birgit Böhn (Partner Hospitality), Sven Griem (Associate Hospitality) and Isabel Tannenberg (Partner Structuring, Taxation) assisted in the contract negotiations.
The hotel is being developed by PEG – Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft Hamburg mbH Hamburg mbH and the Reiß & Co. Group and comprises a hotel of up to eleven floors with approx. 430 rooms, a rooftop bar, a roof terrace and a fitness center.
Completion is scheduled for 2030.
