Around 10,000 m² of office space is to be created on the Filder-Airport-Areal by the end of 2022. Mercurius Real Estate from Frankfurt has commissioned Blue Estate from Stuttgart with the project development and management. Construction is scheduled to begin next spring, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
