Stefan Kucera advises national and international investors, funds, real estate managers, loan servicers, familiy offices, and insurance companies as well as property developers in construction and real estate law, in particular for the asset classes retail, residential and hotel. He is specialized in drafting contracts for real estate transactions for existing properties or for project developments in the context of asset or share deals and joint ventures. Other areas of advice include property and asset management contracts as well as construction and property development contracts. He also advises in the area of strategic litigation, forced administration and compulsory auctions.
