DThe Kreis- und Stadtsparkasse Darmstadt is having an office building with a gross floor area of 6,600 m² constructed in the Telekom quarter of its home town. The savings bank wants to merge departments from six different locations in Ida-Rhodes-Straße. The construction management is in the hands of Bautec, a subsidiary of Deutsche Anlagen Leasing, which belongs to the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
