KUCERA has advised Coreo AG on the acquisition of a residential real estate portfolio with 430 nearly fully let micro apartments in and around Göttingen. The purchase price is 9.5 million euros.
The 430 apartments, with a total of more than 13,000 m², are spread over 12 apartment blocks and are located mainly in the city center of Göttingen.
