KUCERA has advised The Indian Hotels Company Limited seated in Mumbai/India, a member of Tata Group, on the conclusion of a long-term lease agreement for the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof, one of the most famous luxury hotels in Frankfurt. The hotel situated at Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage is scheduled to reopen in 2025 under the Taj Hotels brand following an extensive refurbishment. It will be the first Taj Hotel in continental Europe and will mark the market entry of the Indian hotel group in Germany.
