KUCERA advised Deutsche Hospitality on the conclusion of the lease agreement for the new IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport. The hotel offers 280 rooms, conference and event rooms, a restaurant and a wellness and fitness area and is scheduled to open in 2021. It is already the fourth Hotel of the group in the Netherlands.
