KUCERA has advised Deutsche Hospitality on the conclusion of a lease agreement for an IntercityHotel in Rotterdam-Schiedam. The new property is centrally located, directly adjacent to the Traffic Hub Schiedam and will have 283 rooms, including more than 20 long-stay units.
