KUCERA advised Deutsche Hospitalty on the conclusion of a management agreement for the Maxx by Steigenberger Vienna. It is located at the Margaretengürtel, in the 5th district of Vienna. In addition to a spa and fitness area, the hotel offers 195 rooms including 21 suites. The hotel is being taken over from the Falkensteiner Hotel Group.
