KUCERA advised Deutsche Hospitality on the launch of the special fund for European hotel real estate. In cooperation with Commerz Real, a purchase volume of 250 million euros is planned for the Commerz Real European Hotel Fund. Investments will be made in up to eight three- to five-star hotels of the brands Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts, Jaz in the City, Maxx by Steigenberger and IntercityHotels. Read more…
