KUCERA advised Schoofs Immobilien GmbH on the sale of two retail parks. Both centres are located in Rheinland-Pfalz, one in Waldböckelheim and one in Hermeskeil. The long-term tenants of 3,696 sqm in Waldböckelheim are Rewe and Aldi. In Hermeskeil, around 5,020 m² of rental space was created on 2.1 hectares of land.
