KUCERA has given tax advise to TH Real Estate on the purchase of a local supply center in Wiesbaden. The purchase was made by way of an asset deal for an individual mandate which TH Real Estate manages for an institutional investor from Germany. The property was built in 2016 and has 1,400 square meters of retail space as well as an underground car park. It is long-term let out to the food retailer Rewe.
