Andre Barth has been working as a lawyer for KUCERA in the Real Estate, Finance & Transactions team since 2014. Prior to that, he has worked as an in-house lawyer in the legal departments at Hudson Advisors Germany GmbH and Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft GmbH. Andre Barth advises companies, investors and banks in all areas of private real estate law, primarily in the context of real estate transactions, financing and development. A further focus of his work is the restructuring of distressed real estate financing as well as the design and consulting of Debt funds.
