KUCERA will relocate its headquarter from Darmstadt to Frankfurt. 14 years after the opening of our firm in Darmstadt our teams grew continuously and need more space for future expansion. “With the move to the center of banking city Frankfurt we move close to our clients and gain more room for new areas of expertise in the legal real estate market”, Stefan Kucera, one of the firm’s founders said. The new headquarter is Kornmarkt Kontor 3, one of three office buildings currently being developed on plots of former Federal Audit Office (Bundesrechnungshof) between Kornmarkt Quartier Hotel and Kornmarkt Domizil apartment building. KUCERA will be single tenant of Kontor 3 with a total area of about 2,000 m² situated near Paulskirche. The opening has been scheduled for fall 2018. More news on this move coming soon here.
