KUCERA advised redos on the acquisition of a local shopping center in Buchholz in der Nordheide for a special fund. Closing will take place on 01 April 2022. The seller was a closed-end fund based in Denmark. The property is located at Hamburger Straße 83-85, not far from the city center and is leased to EDEKA and ALDI on a long-term basis with a total leasable area of approximately 3,700sqm. This was the first time that KUCERA advised redos on a purchase.
