publity has bought the “Union Center” in Saarbrücken. The office complex was sold in the context of an insolvency proceeding to the Leipzig based retail investor in an asset deal. The multi tenant object, modernized in 200, with around 47,000 sqm lettable space is situated in central Saarbrücken. Amongst the tenants with strong covenant strength are Deutsche Postbank, Bundesnetzagentur, Prego Services and the Saarland Ministry of Finance.
