Birgit Böhn was appointed partner with effect from May 2021. Birgit Böhn has been working in the Real Estate Hospitality department at KUCERA since 2012. The focus of her legal work is on advising clients from the hotel and system catering industry, in particular in connection with the drafting and negotiation of contracts for new hotel projects as well as rental, lease, management and franchise agreements. Birgit Böhn also advises on all contractual issues in connection with existing properties.
