KUCERA has advised the ACHAT Group on the acquisition of a portfolio of 13 hotels from the Michel Group. The hotels have a total of 1,600 guest rooms. As a result, the ACHAT Group will expand its portfolio to more than 50 hotels with more than 5,800 rooms as of March 2023.
