KUCERA has advised B&B Hotels on the conclusion of a lease agreement for a new hotel in the “Gerberquartier” in Worms. The Gerberquartier along Schönauer Strasse is still in its planning phase. B&B HOTELS is expected to move into a hotel building with approximately 107 rooms from the 2nd quarter of 2026. The lease agreement has a term of 20 years. Read more…
