KUCERA has advised Esslingen live – Kultur und Kongress GmbH, an entity of the city of Esslingen am Neckar, on the conclusion of a lease agreement for the former Hotel Park Consul Esslingen. The reopening of the hotel with the new name “Leonardo Esslingen” is planned for summer 2023. The hotel has 150 guest rooms, a restaurant with a large terrace and a wellness and fitness area.
