KUCERA has appointed two of its legal advisors as Counsellors.
Nadia Chraibi is a lawyer and real estate economist (EBS). She advises national and international clients (including fund companies, insurers, property managers, project developers, banks) on all matters of real estate business law, in particular on real estate transactions (asset and share deals) and in the area of asset management. One focus is on advising domestic and foreign family offices. In addition, Nadia Chraibi develops advisory services in the area of legal tech. After starting her career in the real estate and corporate law practice group of a larger German commercial law firm, Nadia Chraibi joined KUCERA’s real estate team.
Friederike Ohligs specialises in providing legal advice to investors, real estate funds and banks on transactions as well as legal advice to asset management, particularly in the area of commercial tenancy and lease law. Her advisory focus is on green leases as well as ESG regulations. After a career as in-house lawyer at SEB ImmoInvest GmbH and Hudson Advisors Germany GmbH, lawyer Friederike Ohligs joined KUCERA’s Real Estate, Finance, Transactions practice group in 2015.
The appointment as Counsel at KUCERA is preceded by a demanding selection process. The firm makes the appointment of its counsel a strategic decision and wants to make this career milestone even more attractive and visible. In addition, with the Counsel position, the firm opens up an even more flexible career development for lawyers, either as a precursor to partnership or in the long term in a specialist role as Counsel to the firm.
