LaSalle Investment Management has acquired two logistics buildings in Heppenheim for the E-Regi fund. One of these is a distribution centre with the sole tenant Henry Schein Dental on around 18,000 m² rental space at Hunsrückstraße 2. The seller is the investor group Biskupek-Scheinert-Klotz.
