KUCERA advised FBW Projektbau GmbH on the acquisition of a majority stake in the residential area of the Kureck district project in Wiesbaden, with construction of the ensemble still to begin. The seller IFM Immobilien, Heidelberg, will retain further shares. Both will drive the project forward in a joint venture.
